Well, that's even more than less than unhelpful.

New Post. Or Rather New New New New New New New New New New New New New New Post.

Not to be confused with New York. Or rather New New New New New New New New New New New New New New York. Rules of my life:

1) Never forget Monty Python. Forget Monty Python and you’ll spontaneously combust. Ni!

2) Always reference anything Doctor Who. Like above. (Insert pointy arrow thing here to point at the first two sentences of said entry that author can not figure out because even though she has been raised with the internet and said computers, she is still sadly, computer illiterate). [Rule 2a: figure out if the parentheses comes before the period or after the period. Raincheck.]

3) Stop worrying so much about grammar. In one hundred years we’ll all be dull and stupid anyways.

4) Hurry up and get working on that grammar. One hundred years from now, do you want to be the only stupid one around? Pick up Dickens, Austen, and Tolkien. Speak like them. In other words, be British.

5) While rule number four appears to contradict rule number three, they in fact do not. Rule number three applies when attempting to make one’s self humorous. Or when you’re too bloody tired to care. Rule number four applies strictly when you feel either a dearth in your cultural experience or you just feel like being snobby. In other words, be British. (Rule 5b: listen to Battle of the Heroes by John Williams at least once a week.)

6) Shapes Macaroni and Cheese by Kraft is the best. No arguments. Particularly when the shapes are either Toy Story or Scooby-doo.

7) Learn at least one second language. If possible–Klingon or Quenya (the high-tongue in Elvish).

8 ) Be British. Or at least fake it very well.

9) Read until you damage your eyes and have to get glasses. [Check.]

10) Just be brilliant. Go out there and be the stuff of legend.
